Quality Assurance

PB Design’s policy of putting the customer first means that we set ourselves the highest of standards. We meet and often surpass all of the tight legislations that apply to this safety-conscious field. Of course, to demonstrate consistent quality in all that we do, we have long since gained ISO 9001 approval. Environment

PB Design has set Environmental policies and has been awarded certification to BS EN ISO14001. We are a registered carrier of controlled waste and can remove spent systems from site and/or store at our works as appropriate until final disposal/recycling through approved channels. Health & Safety

PB Design has set Health & Safety policies and collaborates with the ISO 45001:2018 Framework. We have invested heavily in the training of our service engineers to minimise site risks to yourselves. Our policy statement and other documentation is available by clicking on the links below.
