Our charger systems are vital in ensuring a solid and reliable backup for your application, hence we only work with the leading battery manufacturers.

Pre & Post Sales Service

Our application sales team are on hand to lead you through the sizing process. It is important for backup autonomy that the battery and charger are sized correctly. We design and sell the charger systems as a system, with the charger and batteries going hand-in-hand. This will allow us to size up both the battery and charger correctly, provide the correct connecting links and setup the charger to your requirements before it leaves the factory.

During the purchasing process we believe in regular contact. Once a production slot has been secured you will be notified 2-3 weeks beforehand that your product is going into production. If there are any changes to your delivery schedule, our customer services team are on hand to deal with this.

Post sales our service team can offer installation and commissioning. Our products are designed for long life, but batteries will have a finite life. During the life of your product we can offer replacement batteries. We can even install the new batteries and take away the old ensuring that the batteries are correctly disposed in line with industry policy. Much like any other pieces of equipment, maintenance is important and our service team can offer regular, scheduled maintenance. This will ensure that the power you need is there when you need it.
